Composer and director Michel van der Aa has signed an exclusive contract with the London-based artist agency Intermusica for worldwide project management.
Intermusica is one of the leading international agencies in the field of classical music, representing some of the world’s foremost conductors, instrumentalists and singers, as well as composers and orchestras around the globe.

The agency will focus on project management and repeat performances of Van der Aa’s internationally successful music theatre works. Exciting developments are underway, including a new film-opera, expected to be premiered in 2013/14.

Boosey & Hawkes continues to publish and promote Van der Aa’s work, in close collaboration with Intermusica.

“Sharing my work with both existing and new audiences worldwide is a high priority for me,” said Michel van der Aa. “This is the right moment in my career to engage in new and important partnerships as projects evolve. I look forward to creating new works and reviving older projects on tour, with the valued support of such a forward-thinking agency.”
